Refurbished Dell EMC Control Station modules for CLARiiON CX4 and VNX storage arrays - the dedicated management server embedded in the array that runs EMC Unisphere and provides out-of-band management access to the storage system. 

The Control Station is the management layer of CLARiiON and early VNX deployments. It runs the EMC Unisphere management software, handles event logging, and provides the management network interface for the array. A failed Control Station prevents Unisphere access and removes visibility into array health, performance, and fault events - even when the array itself continues serving data normally.

Control Station failures are a common support scenario in aging CX4 and VNX environments. The Control Station contains a compact x86 system running a Linux-based management OS, and failures can involve disk, memory, or system board components. Replacing with a tested refurbished unit restores full management access.
