To ensure a high quality shipping service, Epoka cooperates with well-known international companies. Our trusted partners take care of the shipping, and so we have the option to deliver to locations all around the world. When your order is approved, we will start plucking and packing your order, so it can be shipped as soon as possible. If the order is configured to fit your needs, it might take a bit longer to prepare for shipping. We send out 70% of our orders within 24 hours, and in some cases we are able to send your order the same day. Orders have to be approved before 1:00 PM (GMT +1), and the product or products have to be in stock, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we can send it the same day.
Delivery price and partners
We use FedEx and DHL for shipping. The delivery fee is calculated automatically according to your location and the shipping provider. If your order is placed via our online shop we are automatically going to choose the delivery method for you, based on your location and the best price available. If you are ordering personally via one of our sales or area managers, you can choose between FedEx and DHL. The price for transport, when ordering through one of our sales representatives, is estimated for the individual order.
While the shipping process itself is outsourced, we do the packaging ourselves. Our experienced packing team prepares every order for shipping carefully. We use custom made crates and static-free material to ensure that the products are protected during shipping, and will arrive to you in excellent condition. If you have ordered a special product, you also have the option to request special packaging. If you are interested in this option, please ask your contact person at Epoka for more information. Tracking your order After your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number as part of your invoice. If you ordered through our web store or left the choice of carrier to us, then you will also get informed about the delivery provider. After you received your invoice, you can track your order on our partners’ website. You will also receive more information about the exact time of arrival from them. Estimated shipping time
Depending on your location your order will arrive within a few business days. You can see the estimated delivery time to your area in the table below. For a more precise estimate please contact our logistics department at email@example.com. We base the information below on our past experiences and information from our shipping partners. If you already received the tracking number, it is best to contact the carrier directly, as they have up-to-date information about your order.

Our online store is an excellent place for checking prices, availability and ordering the products you would like. You are free to browse our web store any time, but ordering is only available to customers from certain countries.
