So how does it work?
The buyback process is described through our 8-step model below. First, we initiate the process and clarify your needs, such as if you need de-installation with on-site engineers, and individual certificates on disks, and assess the value of your assets. Then, a formal agreement follows. After that, we take care of the rest, from picking up the IT equipment to refurbishing the parts.
As part of our refurbishment service, all products undergo a thorough testing process. Therefore, we guarantee that any leftover data on your used products are permanently erased and overwritten.
