RMA Request

If you have a request regarding a RMA. Please fill out the form below, and we will handle your request within 3 working days.
Please note that is necessary to have the RMA number before you can return any equipment. You will receive the RMA number when we have approved your request.

Please note
Goods may only be returned to Epoka A/S by prior agreement. The item must be returned no later than 10 days from the date of issue of the RMA number.
After 10 days, the RMA number is annulled, and it is no longer possible to return the item on this number.

The RMA number is not an assurance that the item will be credited; Epoka reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approval of any credit note.

If the returned goods are found not to be defective, a handling fee of 25% will be charged. Please note that there are no returns of any kind on special-ordered products. All goods are returned at the buyer’s expense and risk.

Goods returned with no RMA number will either be returned to the sender or subject to a handling charge.
The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the packing.

Please do not apply any freight lable or write directly on original manufacturer's packing. Faults caused by accident/mishap, including fire, water damage, natural disasters, over-voltage caused by lightning, and wanton destruction, are not covered by the guarantee.
