When you have decided which product or products you would like to purchase, you can either order through our online shop, or by contacting us personally via email or phone.
Ordering through our online store
In our online store you can easily see our prices, stock availability and all the necessary data about the product. We recommend our online store for those who would like to order something simple, like spare parts or stock items. Our web store is easy to handle, and it is a convenient way of ordering when you know precisely what you need. Please be aware that orders through our online store have to be approved, and only then will we start preparing your order for shipment. The approval process usually takes two business hours.
We recommend that you open an account if you are a returning customer, as it makes it more convenient to order. Account holders are able to save their billing and shipping address, and are also able to pay by invoice, when your account is approved by Epoka. As a guest and new customer you will have to pay by credit card.
A note for customers using our online store
Our online store is an excellent place for checking prices, availability and ordering the products you would like. You are free to browse our web store any time, but ordering is only available to customers from certain countries. The reason for this is that countries other than the ones mentioned in the table require special assistance, either because of regulations or other factors. If your country is not on the list below, we recommend that you order by contacting Epoka personal, so we can speed up the ordering process by assisting you personally.
You can also place an order through our Key Account, Area Managers or Product teams. We recommend that you contact us when you are interested in a bigger project, would like to place a complex order or need some special items. Naturally you are welcome to contact us in any case – we are always ready to assist you in finding the best solution.
Our Product teams are specializing in specific product brands, such as HP or Cisco. They have extensive knowledge about the products, and can assist you when you have questions about certain products. Our Area Managers are prepared to handle multiple products, and speak multiple languages related to their designated areas. We are able to assist you in: Bosnian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, German, English, Swedish and Danish.
For our bigger customers we offer the services of our Key Account managers. Both Area Managers and Key Account managers are able to handle all products, meaning that you do not need to be in contact with different people from different product teams. When you first contact us, you will be assigned a personal contact. Your personal contact will handle all your requests and orders.
