Track Your Order
To track your order, please prepare your tracking number (you have received this by email) and check the status of your order on our partners’ website by clicking on their logo (opens in a new tab).
You will receive the tracking number and other shipping information on your invoice when your order is shipped from Epoka.
If your order is approved before 1:00 PM (GMT +1) and all items are in stock, we will ship the order the same day.
