To track your order please prepare your tracking number, and check the status of your order on our partners’ website by clicking on their logo (opens in a new tab). You will receive the tracking number and other shipping information on your invoice, when your order is shipped from Epoka.

If your order is approved before 1:00 PM (GMT +1) and all items are in stock, we ship the order the same day. The collection times from our warehouse are as follows:

DHL collection time: 4:00 PM (GMT +1)
